Pamela is a partner in the Litigation and Dispute Resolution department of the firm. She specializes in Civil, Commercial and Criminal Litigation.  She has significant experience in handling a wide range of litigation matters which include disputes relating to land, employment and labour, commercial law, banking law, insurance, procurement, defamation as well as constitutional and civil rights litigation.

Pamela is the holder of a Bachelor’s Degree from Kenyatta University and a Post-Graduate Diploma from the Kenya School of Law. She is also a certified professional mediator trained by the Mediation Training Institute (I) East Africa.

  • Successfully defended a top medical institution in a suit for medical negligence in which damages in the sum of Kshs. 18 Million had been claim.
  • Representing Banks and other money lending Institutions in suits for recovery of arrears arising out of default in payment of loans advanced to borrowers,
  • Represented the County Government of Uasin Gishu in a suit seeking Judicial Review Orders where the land involved measures approximately 2005 acres.
  • Represented the National Aids Control Council in a claim involving procurement laws where the amount claimed is the sum of Kshs. 20 Million.
  • Represented a Claimant in an employment dispute against the Embassy of the Republic of South Sudan.
  • Acted in a Succession case representing the beneficiaries of the estate of a deceased person whose estate was valued at Kshs. 600 Million.
  • Part of the team handling a dispute involving the Kenya Electricity Transmission Company Limited, RSW and Aecom Africa (Pty) Ltd over construction of an electricity transmission line Lessos-Tororo to 400KV with the subject value USD 5B.
  • Represented numerous clients in the Court of Appeal and the Supreme Court.
