Marion Satia is an Advocate of the High Court of Kenya, and a Certified Professional Mediator. She is stationed at our Mombasa office where she oversees the general administration of the Mombasa office in addition to providing legal services to our partners in the coastal region. She seats on the panel of Dispute Resolution Hub as a mediator.

Managing the daily administration of the Mombasa office and supervising the Mombasa office team.
Marketing and fostering relationships between the firm and its partners within the Coastal region.
Acting for our partners in relation to the drafting and negotiation of contracts and agreements on a range of legal matters including agreement for sale of business, and agreement for sale in relation to property.
Acting for developers, vendors and purchasers in various land transactions from beginning to completion including: drafting of relevant contracts, conducting due diligence, obtaining relevant consents and approvals, advising them on the transaction process, and securing their interests in the land transactions.
Acting for various lenders in relation to perfection of securities on matters financing working capital, asset financing, and property acquisition including conducting due diligence, obtaining relevant consents and approvals, and securing their interests.
Representing financial institutions in court on a range of matters including recovery suits, garnishee proceedings, fatal accident claims where financial institutions are erroneously sued, and statutory power of sale disputes.
Offering advisory and preparing legal opinions for our partners on diverse areas of the law.
