Vincent W. Mulondo is an Advocate of the High Court of Kenya of over 16 years standing, a member of East African Law Society, a Notary Public and a member of Chartered Institute of Arbitrators (CIARB). He is the Managing Partner of the firm and since its inception.

  • Handled a construction dispute involving Egerton University with its contractors over the construction of ultra modern library estimated whose estimated subject value was Kshs. 2B.
  • Handled a dispute involving Kenya Electricity Transmission Company Limited, RSW and Aecom Africa (Pty) Ltd over construction of an electricity transmission line Lessos-Tororo to 400KV with the subject value USD 5B.
  • Advised ABSA Bank Kenya Limited in a transaction involving lending of the sum of Kshs. 2Billion to one of its leading customers.
  • Acted as a lead drafter and consultant under the auspices of African Export Import Bank (Afrexim), African Continental Free Trade Area Secretariat (ACFTA), Nathan and Associates of the AFCTA Adjustment Fund Protocol for that was submitted for adoption by the General Assembly of the African Union (AU).
  • Acted for Family Bank Limited in perfection of its security documents to a principal customer in the sum of Kshs. 2 Billion.
  • Advised DWM Income Funds S.C.A, a company with its office in Luxemburg in securitization of various securities to a local lending institution of over USD 2M.
  • Represented the National Oil Corporation Limited in arbitration proceedings involving one of with its contractors in the construction of its head office.
  • Handled an Arbitration dispute involving over one hundred Claimants against M/s Wealthsmith Limited and Barletta Holdings Limited over an agri-business venture that collapsed whose subject matter is over Kshs.2B.
  • Represented numerous clients in the Supreme Court and Court of Appeal.
  • Acted for staff disputes in the United Nation Tribunal (UNT).
  • Represented a County Government in a dispute involving its land valued at Kshs.3B was inappropriately acquired by third parties.
